Steve Schwartz (Chief Executive Officer)

Steve has over 35 years of experience as a start-up CEO in healthcare information technology, healthcare services, healthcare staffing, and the healthcare financial sector. Previously, Steve was the Chief Executive Officer for: ShiftWise, Inc., for FedMed, Inc., for publicly held Bay Pacific Health Corp., for Renaissance Health Care, for American Health Ventures, for Employee Managed Care Corp., and Chairman for Bridge Executive Corp. He holds a BA degree in Economics from Long Island University and MPA in Healthcare Planning from New York University.

Joelle Poe (VP Operations)

Joelle has over 10 years of experience in healthcare, including the payer, delivery, and regulatory segments. She holds a BA degree in Economics from George Mason University and a MBA from the University of Oregon.

Carolyn Reeder MacNaughton (Chair, Founder)

Ms. MacNaughton has 20 years of experience as a change agent; creating and leading teams to execute new strategic directions, and Healthcare innovation experience. Carolyn is currently a VP at Under Armour. She holds BCom and MIR degrees from the Queens University at Kingston and a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Rob MacNaughton (Founder)

Mr. MacNaughton has 20 years of experience as a leader of start-ups, business units, operations, and deep home health experience. Rob is currently VP at Banfield, The Pet Hospital. He holds a BCom degree from the Queens University at Kingston and a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Geoffrey Bunza (LTC Industry)

Dr. Bunza has 38 years of experience in the management and design of computer systems and software.  He was most recently at Vigilan; the leading provider of facility management systems for the assisted living market. He holds four degrees (including a PhD)  from MIT in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Doug Fullaway (LTC Industry)

Mr. Fullaway has over 30 years of experience in the Long Term Care industry. He holds a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Mike Hughes (LTC Industry)

Mr. Hughes has 28 years of experience in the Long Term Care Industry. He is currently the Regional Vice President of Sales for Schryver Medical. He holds a MBA from Western Michigan University.

Chris Mason (LTC Industry)

Mr. Mason have over 30 years of experience in the Long Term Care industry. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Senior Housing Managers and serves as the Chair of The National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL). He is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). Mr. Mason holds a MBA from the University of New Hampshire and is a PhD candidate at George Fox University.

Mike Barnisin (Technology)

Mr. Barnisin has over 20 years of experience in the coatings Industry, including comprehensive experience of chemical products and industrial processes. He has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
